Clapperboard is provided as a free beta. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on macOS devices that you personally own and operate. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
You own everything you record. Clapperboard does not claim any rights to your screen recordings, audio, or any content created using the application.
Clapperboard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. During the beta period, bugs and data loss may occur. We recommend keeping backups of important recordings.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Clapperboard.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
